Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Darjeeling:

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you in transfers to Darjeeling, (height 2123 meters / 70001 ft.) . Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Rest of the day and evening will be at leisure. Over Night stay at specified Hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 2: Early morning at around 04:00 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subjecttoclear weather) –On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop, after visit transfer back to hotel for breakfast.After breakfast you will be visiting the places like -PadmajaNaidu Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday),Tensing/ GumpoRock, TibetanRefugee SelfHelp Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (panoramic view), evening free to stroll around the market, Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3: Transfer to Pelling

After breakfast transfer to Pelling -is situated at an altitude of 2072 meters / 6800 feet -On a clear day guest can get a clear view of Himalayan range with snow capped mount Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kanchendzonga, etc -It is one of the exotic settlement with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids, historical sites, short trek routes and wildlife, upon arrival Check in at the hotel, evening free , Over Night stay at Pelling.

Day 4: After breakfast start for Pelling Half day sightseeing which will cover the places like -Rimbi water Falls,KanchenjungawaterFalls, KechopalriLake -itis one of the holy Buddhist lake and it is believed that any wish in front of the lake comes true -Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface, it is picked by a bird and thus the water surface is always free of leaves.vAfter visit transfer to Gangtok (5500ft) -The capital city of Indian state of Sikkim (Sikkim is the 23rd. state of India) Sikkim is one the most beautiful state in India located in Eastern Himalaya and surrounded by High Mountain and deep valleys in between the Tibet in the north, Royal Bhutan in the East and Nepal in West. On arrival check in at the hotel, Free evening. Overnight halt at Gangtok.

Day 5: After breakfast start for city tour, which will cover the places like -Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (close on Sunday),Research Institute of Tibetology(close on Sunday), Do DrulChorten(Stupa), Flower Show,Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, TashiView Point & Enchey Monastery. Free evening. Over Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 6: After breakfast we will take you for day excursion to TsomgoLake & (New) Baba Mandir appx. 40 Kms -The Lake is oval shaped lakenearly 50 feet deep -Generally covered in snow for most of the yearthe year –This lake is home to the Brahminiducks & many migratory birds –Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all, after visit back to Gangtok, free evening, Over Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 7: Gangtok To Bagdogra Airport:

After breakfast at your proceed to Bagdogra Airport to board flight for your hometown, tour ends.

Supplementary Rates for Seperate Vehicle:

• Please note that minimum number of passengers to operate a Group Departure is 4 adults. In case, on any departure, the number of confirmed bookings is less than 4 adults, we shall request the booked passengers to shift their dates onto another available and convenient departure date. However, if the booked passengers still would want to go on the same dates, we can offer them separate car at an additional cost of Rs. 6,750/- Per Person (Jan - Mar 2019) and Rs 3,200/- per person (Apr - Jun 2019)

Important Terms & Conditions:

• Advance Payment In order to process the booking, we would need 25% of the total amount which you can pay through our Payment options. For Flight booking we need full payment.

• Booking Confirmation Amount After getting the availability from the hotel / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, and then you need to make the 25% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers or Cheque in our Bank. If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.

• Full Balance Payment Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

• Invoice and Vouchers Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms &conditions. Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased. There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non- utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase. Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and the fee is nonrefundable as per the strict guidelines of the Embassy. Normally once you cancel your booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden charges from customers. But we only charge a flat rate of Rs 5000 only per person along with the actual charges charged by Particular airline, Hotel or any other service provider. For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account.
